Services

Dance PA Studio provides dance instruction, lessons, and related services. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

SMS / Mobile Messaging Program Terms

Dance PA Studio offers a mobile messaging program (the “SMS Program”) through which we may send you text messages related to our dance instruction services. By opting in to the SMS Program, you agree to these SMS / Mobile Messaging Program Terms, which form part of the Dance PA Studio Terms of Use.

Program description

  • You will receive conversational messages, appointment and class reminders, and customer care updates only, related to Dance PA Studio’s services.
  • You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the phone number from which you received messages. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just opt in as you did the first time and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency will vary based on communication needs and your level of engagement. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

By opting in, you agree to receive appointment reminders, account notifications, promotional offers, and customer support messages. By enrolling, you confirm that you are the customary user of the phone number provided and that you are authorized to receive text messages at that number.

Message frequency and costs

Participation in dance instruction involves physical activity and may carry a risk of injury. By engaging in our services, you acknowledge and accept these risks and confirm that you are physically able to participate.

You agree to inform us of any conditions that may affect your ability to safely participate in lessons.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dance PA Studio shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from participation in our services or use of our facilities.

Use of Website

You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes. You may not use our website in any way that could harm, disable, or impair our operations.

Intellectual Property
